BUYER BEWARE! !! Purchased a 2022 Ram 1500 with 17 miles in September 2023. Was subsequently sent a recall notice from Ram that the PCM required a software update !! Purchased a 2022 Ram 1500 with 17 miles in September 2023. Was subsequently sent a recall notice from Ram that the PCM required a software update due to the vehicle powering down while in motion. Dealership refused to provide a vehicle to correct the issue so I was left without transportation. After the software update, I have been having multiple issues including the engine shutting down even though the vehicle is in motion causing the transmission to lock up and the emergency brake to engage. When I called the dealership they said they had another 2022 Ram with the exact same issue and that they were waiting on engineers from Ram to troubleshoot the issue. I then asked for a loaner vehicle as I live 40 miles away. They once again told me they could not give me one. I then stated how angry I was at being left without a vehicle on something that was a warranty issue. I again was told there was nothing that could be done!!! I have been a customer for over 10 years and feel as though I am being left high and dry. The vehicle is having other issues as well including windshield wipers and brights turning on and offer by themselves, driver lane assist jerking the vehicle at highway speeds even the vehicle is still in the lane, auto functions malfunctioning and other issues. Called my salesperson stating it was urgent and she has failed to respond. I am very angry! It is very disconcerting that this dealership is unwilling to stand buy what it sells! More
They went above and beyond when they detailed my bronco. Everything was picked up amd put in a box for me. It was a disaster from moving and now It looks fabulous again! This dealership service department is very good about working you in and completing the service work in a timely manner. Abby and Chris work hard to provide for all your service needs. I have 4 vehicles working you in and completing the service work in a timely manner. Abby and Chris work hard to provide for all your service needs. I have 4 vehicles that all service work has been completed by this service department ranging from 60,000 to 110,000 miles and still running strong due to service from the dealership. More

On Tuesday Dec. 28/2021 I took my 2015 Dodge Ram to this Dealer , in regards to a clicking noise coming from the dash. Spoke to Tyler in the Service Dept and he listened to the noise. He said was one of the actuators and he scheduled an appointment for the Following Tuesday Jan 4/2022 at 8:00 A.M. plus an oil change. Took truck back and was told would have to leave it and would call when repairs done. I expected that they would have the parts in stock or a least on order. Did not receive a call Tuesday or Wednesday . I called dealership 3 times on Wednesday afternoon for an update and was put on hold and then disconnected. When I finally reached Service Dept was told someone would call me back. When no one called back by 4:00 P.M. I had my sister drive me to the dealership to retrieve clubs that I needed for Thursday. Found out that they had not started to work on truck or do oil change. Was told someone would call with an estimate. By the time I returned home they had called my wife and gave her the costs of replacing 2 actuators approx. $1009.+ tax or 1 at $879.+ tax. She asked if they had taken dash apart or oil change done. Tyler said no nothing had been done. I called and told them was picking up truck that they had for 2 days and nothing accomplished. Totally unacceptable . I was informed that I would have to pay $298.26 for a 2 hour diagnostic , do not believe this was done . It took Tyler 2-3 min to tell us it was the actuator the week before. This is my time wasted should charge $130.00 per hour for my time. Service Manager Shawn Barney told me I was foolish for not leaving truck for the repairs. Dealership customer relations leaves something to be desired and would not recommend this dealer . If they were short staffed or could not get to the repairs a courtesy call may have been acceptable and I would have rescheduled . Lost a customer but I am sure they could care less. More
