Horrible Managers Ryan was awesome and so was the finance department. I went to go test drive the car with the paperwork I had gotten on their website about the price. The sales person was very nice and friendly but the managers in the used car department are the worst to deal with. When I decided to get the car i showed them the price of the car online and they said that it was the wrong price and that they still had to market it up. I fought about it for about 2hrs and they finally gave me a price that I accepted. they let me take the car home that night and said to bring it back in a few days to get the rest of the work done on it. When i went into pick up my car they had only replaced the struts but didn't put on the new tires that had owed me. I had the argued had to argue with them to even get the tires that they had owed me done and by then it will take two days to do!! I had to pay for a rental car for 2 days out of my own money so that i had a vehicle. About 12 days later my new car died n the parking lot due to a dead battery. I called them up and they said oh yeah your battery was at 50% and i fought with them to give me money back on that. This whole thing makes me wounder what they did right and how many things they did wrong!!!! More

Discussed all of my questions and concerns and even offered an alternative vehicle that I might possibly be interested in. Was NOT rushed and listened with real concern! Al explained all the paperwork thoroughly and offered an extended warranty that I was comfortable with. Operating systems were explained thoroughly and even restated that the booklets are of tremendous assistance, in case I can't remember a particular function. All aspects of the audio/visual system were explained. Although a little overwhelming, the functions, features and controls were explained in detail. More
