I always wait for my vehicle and read my book in the lounge area. I occasionally get water when I forget my bottle. Time seems to go quickly. More
Horrible Managers Ryan was awesome and so was the finance department. I went to go test drive the car with the paperwork I had gotten on their website about the price. The sales person was very nice and friendly but the managers in the used car department are the worst to deal with. When I decided to get the car i showed them the price of the car online and they said that it was the wrong price and that they still had to market it up. I fought about it for about 2hrs and they finally gave me a price that I accepted. they let me take the car home that night and said to bring it back in a few days to get the rest of the work done on it. When i went into pick up my car they had only replaced the struts but didn't put on the new tires that had owed me. I had the argued had to argue with them to even get the tires that they had owed me done and by then it will take two days to do!! I had to pay for a rental car for 2 days out of my own money so that i had a vehicle. About 12 days later my new car died n the parking lot due to a dead battery. I called them up and they said oh yeah your battery was at 50% and i fought with them to give me money back on that. This whole thing makes me wounder what they did right and how many things they did wrong!!!! More

I felt very comfortable during the entire process. The dealership was very clean and salesmen were very helpful and attentive. I never felt rushed, I was given as much time as I needed. Discussed all of my questions and concerns and even offered an alternative vehicle that I might possibly be interested in. Was NOT rushed and listened with real concern! Al explained all the paperwork thoroughly and offered an extended warranty that I was comfortable with. Operating systems were explained thoroughly and even restated that the booklets are of tremendous assistance, in case I can't remember a particular function. All aspects of the audio/visual system were explained. Although a little overwhelming, the functions, features and controls were explained in detail. More

I was greeted promptly and the vehicle intake area was immaculate. My service rep Erin came out to greet me immediately and within 5 minutes I was escorted to the waiting room. I have purchased 3 different vehicles from this dealership. Everyone is really nice when you are buying something but not so much when you bring something in to sell. I had a beautiful 2011 Tundra crew max with super low miles and had a for sale sign on it when I was getting the oil changed. The used car manager wanted to make me a deal. I had nothing better to do so I heard him out. He actually made me an offer that was really good. In the end it was a bold faced lie and offered me $2,800 less than what he originally said. I obviously declined and left quite upset. I went back the next day to voice my frustration with the whole situation. I was very cool about it and let them know that I didn't appreciate the way they were doing business and also that I had been a customer there for a long time. I asked if they wanted to try again. Unfortunately the GM had just left for a week so I had to wait for him to get back. A week later I called and they offered me a little more so the next day I went in. Go figure that the internet was down and they said they couldn't proceed until it was fixed. ok, so I left and came back the next day. What do they tell me??? Oh, we don't want it anymore!!! Talk about wasting my time! I couldn't believe the BS that these people spit out of their mouth. I will never bring my business anywhere near them again. I suggest you do the same. I went straight over to Precision Toyota and guess what...... they were super straight forward, offered me more for the truck and handed me a check!!! Night and day! Precision is they way to go. No hassle or lies. More
I have had to have several things done to my car. One was extremely time consuming. I needed the entire roof disassembeled as well as the front seat taken out etc. Desert Toyota gave me a free rental car a extremely time consuming. Everything was done on time as promised. Driving my car now is a wonderful experience. It is truly quiet, I cannot hear other cars or the road when I am driving with the windows up. I thought they could never put the car back together again. They did, and did a beautiful job. More
