I got a call from Desert Toyota the following day, so I went to see what vehicles they had. I met Micky who introduced me to Immanuel Leyva (sales person). Immanuel helped me search for a used car, first, and then helped me test drive some new ones. I fell in love with a 2016 Scion I-A. From the time I walked in until I left the dealership, every person I encountered was kind and courteous to me. I even had hot dogs and soda while I waited for the paperwork. Nicole went and got my Tacoma from Phoenix. vehicle was at tucson in less than 24 hrs. after the purchase; Nicole got my car cleaned, walked me through the car's specs, made the necessary steps to make sure my phone inf was loaded in the car's electronics, took me in a drive test before signing my financial docs. She and Greg were vary patience with my Husband. ( my husband is something special when buying a car) I would recomend everybody to visit TOYOTA DESERT in their next Vehicle purchase. More
