I got a call from Desert Toyota the following day, so I went to see what vehicles they had. I met Micky who introduced me to Immanuel Leyva (sales person). Immanuel helped me search for a used car, first, and then helped me test drive some new ones. I fell in love with a 2016 Scion I-A. From the time I walked in until I left the dealership, every person I encountered was kind and courteous to me. I even had hot dogs and soda while I waited for the paperwork.
