Worst dealer experience We had talked on the phone with a salesman and told him we wanted our monthly payments to be X amount for a loan at X percentage with $X amount down o We had talked on the phone with a salesman and told him we wanted our monthly payments to be X amount for a loan at X percentage with $X amount down on a 72 month loan, and he said he could do it. We ordered the truck and drove 2 hours from Phoenix only to get there and be told that they couldn't make that happen for that price. Their computer system that had recorded the phone call suddenly "wasn't loading". The guy we talked to while there made it seem like we made this entire conversation up and was extremely rude. We didn't make any part of it up and if the guy on the phone can't make that deal then he should not be on the phone talking to customers. More

I drive out of my way to get my serviced at Desert For this visit, I needed to get in quickly for service and Kristin was able to not only get me in but managed to get my car back sooner than expected. Deception and misleading We were led to believe we were getting a bargain with a Costco program. I had explained before arrival we needed a 15000 Mile Lease for 3 years on a Toyota RAV4. Once arriving the sales person was misdirecting and never said that we would be getting a 12000 mile quote. They wanted to be close to the quote we got on a GMC product. They were still $50 higher than the GMC and when I asked to confirm it was a 15000 mile quote he said it was for 12,000 and would be much higher he's very disappointed at how they deceive us and wasted one and a half hours late at night. Their plan from the very beginning was to try and bait and switch avoid them like the plague More

When we talked to Manny, the financial manager, he apologized about the misunderstanding about the warranty on the used car. If it wasn't for Manny we would have left and gone to another dealer. Manny put us in touch with Stan Derricote and we bought a new car and we would give them both five stars. We love our Toyota Camry. More

Never listened and rude TrueCar's comparison options sent my interest in a midsize pickup truck to this dealership and I was contacted by Selene. I explained in detail that TrueCar's comparison options sent my interest in a midsize pickup truck to this dealership and I was contacted by Selene. I explained in detail that I wanted a white four door, 2x4, 6 cylinder, automatic, "no bells and whistles", "go out in the desert" truck. I was assured that they had exactly what I wanted and I agreed to meet Quincy Horton. He showed me a black Tacoma SR5 (a white one was on the lot), with every bell and whistle I never wanted. He took my drivers license, installed a plate and asked me to sit in the passenger seat where I picked up the lamented window sticker. The truck was priced at $33,000 ++++. I told him to not ever bother driving it off the lot because I didn't want to pay for the navigation system, back up camera, sensors, tinted windows, fancy sound system, step rails, hydraulic tailgate and on and on. We got out of the truck and he turned his back on me and started to xx with a couple of salesmen. I was so disgusted that I left without Quincy returning my license to me, necessitating a return trip to the dealership from 40 miles away. Never again. More
