Delightful Surprise! I had no intention to buy a new car that day. I came in for service on my 2001 Toyota, and while waiting I cruised the showroom. And the sales rep who gave me the guided tour, Casey Muse, was incredibly knowledgeable about each of them. The last car I noticed gave me a thrill when I saw it, and I rushed over to it. It was, for want of a better description, my auto-soul-mate! I fell in love. As it turned out, my car need much more than I was prepared to commit. I made an instant, and inevitable decision - I wanted the brand new shiny car. I turned to Casey and said I want to make a deal. He told me he wouldn't even talk to me about that until I took a test drive and confirmed that I really loved it. After the wonderful drive, I explained that I had little time before an appointment I must keep. Casey and the rest of the team at Desert Toyota went to work, got my trade in quote, arranged my financing, and had me driving out of the lot in time to make my appointment. I am very happy with my purchase, and with the Excellent Service I have received, both before and since the day I bought the car. I had almost forgotten what real Customer Service is like, but Desert Toyota, and Casey Muse reminded me in a marvelous way. I would recommend them to everyone, especially if you are skeptical of "car salesmen". More
