Fast Easy and Exciting We have purchased our last two cars from Desert Toyota. We went in for an oil change for our 2014 Highlander and came home with a 2018 XLE Rav 4. The day before we had started online with Adrianna Cruz and she met with us first. Adrianna was most helpful and very nice. Then we met with Mickey and told him what our "numbers" we had in mind. (trade in, Finance % and finally Maintenance packages) He made that happen! (no pressure either) Finally we met with Tim the finance officer. Lots of signatures, but he made it very easy and painless. We highly recommend Desert Toyota. Very friendly, courteous and no pressure! We will continue with service on our new Rav 4 from Desert. More

Kevin is super pleasant, honest, and friendly. And, of course, he was able to find exactly the car we wanted. This was the first new car my wife and I purchased in over 15 years. Frankly, we did a lot of looking around and research and could have bought our car from any Toyota dealership. Sales Rep Tony Vondell was undependable,and rude. Sales Rep Tony Vondell negotiated on behalf of Desert Toyota to purchase my aunt's 2017 RAV4. On Sat June 23, 2018, the last agreed upon appointment date, he once again did not show up and this time did not even have the decency to call to advise he was not coming. That was so rude and unprofessional. More

This by far was the easiest car buying experience we have ever had. We contacted Costco online and were then contacted very timely by Enrique Duran, the Costco consultant. The process went extreely smoothly. We felt we were treated honestly, with no pressure. Everyone we came in contact with was very professional and pleasant and they all actually made ythe who experience pleasant and fun. Enrique was very knowledge about the product and listened to our needs. We have already told several of our friends and family members about our experience and would definitely recommend Desert Toyota and especially Enrique, Luis, Manny in Finance and Eduardo the new car sales manager.
