I want everyone must to inspection the problem before and I will complain to BBB More
Great buying experience Bought a new RAV 4 over Memorial Day weekend. Jeffery Gwash was our salesman. He was very patient and knowledgeable about the cars. He did not pressure us and really went the extra mile for my elderly parents ( they also bought a RAV 4 at the same time). I highly recommend Jeffery. Our financing was taken care of by Garrett Trowler. He did a great job of explaining things in simple terms. This was a very easy and positive buying experience. More

Desert Toyota Tucson - Service dept not reommended I would definitely NOT recommend the purchase of a Toyota Sienna Mini Van nor would I recommend the Desert Toyota Tucson Service department. After ch I would definitely NOT recommend the purchase of a Toyota Sienna Mini Van nor would I recommend the Desert Toyota Tucson Service department. After charging me $350 to repair my left side sliding door they informed me that they could not repair the door as 2011 - 2016 Toyota Sienna Mini Van automatic doors were under a recall. Desert Toyota service department disconnected the sliding doors and now the left door will not operate at all. Both Toyota and Desert Toyota could care less about the repair of the doors. It has been over seven months and nothing has been repaired on the doors. More

Erin Dean has been my service advisor since my first visit and always explains everything and let's me know up front how long it will take. In every case it was finished much sooner than expected. Worst Customer Service Ever I have never received worse repair and customer services in my entire life than those from Desert Toyota in Tucson, AZ. This says a lot since I have b I have never received worse repair and customer services in my entire life than those from Desert Toyota in Tucson, AZ. This says a lot since I have been a huge Toyota fan my entire life, receiving quality products, repairs, and customer services from Toyota dealerships in San Diego, CA and Flagstaff, AZ. For these reasons, I made the decision to continue to go to a Toyota dealership once I moved to Tucson for repairs. This was a huge mistake. I paid close to 1,000 dollars in repairs for a timing belt, water pump, and serpentine belt in April of 2017, which was higher than other competitors I received quotes from in the area. I went this route because of my previous experiences with Toyota dealerships and wanted the ease of mind knowing such important repairs were done correctly. Two days later, as I was heading to work, I broke down in the middle of the road because the mechanics did not put my engine back correctly. A transmission line was broken while they repaired my timing belt, which led to all of the fluid leaking out of my car, ultimately damaging the transmission. I was told by the service manager, Brian Bradley, that he would compensate me for their mistakes, in addition to the damages, inconvenience, and the time I lost from work. After a week of waiting for him to call me back, I started calling him multiple times a day, leaving my name and number, but didn’t get a call back for a whole week. Once he did call back, the customer service was horrible. Instead of apologizing for the mistakes his team made, not calling me back, and the inconveniences he has put me through, he argued and mocked me, saying he never spoke to me or promised me anything. In addition, he lied to me and said he wasn’t even at work that day, telling me that someone must be impersonating him since I am positive I talked to him. At the end of the conversation, he told me he would call me back in an hour after he talks to the person in charge of my repairs. It wasn’t until the next day I received a call, where he was only willing to give me a 15% discount on what I paid, which they never sent, nor would it adequately make up for the day at work I lost, damages to my vehicle, and the poor customer service I received as I was belittled from their management. Therefore, I would never recommend anyone to go to Desert Toyota unless you want your vehicle to be damaged, to be lied to, and to waste your time. ***Update*** After waiting over two weeks to receive my reimbursement, I decided to contact Kindra Pluss, the customer service manager, to inform her of how I was mistreated. At first, she seemed great and told me that she agreed a 15% discount does not adequately make up for the treatment I received. For that, she said she was willing to talk to the GM to increase the amount I will receive. After waiting over week for her to call back, I decided to call her. This time, she said she was not willing to work with me and her manager, Brian Bradley, is accusing me of extortion, even though it was her who offered to try and make it right in the first place. This business is corrupt on every level, avoid at all cost. More
Service Dept and Kyle Brooks Bought our Prius from Desert Toyota in '09 and have continued our service there (even after the extended warranty expired)---we had some early issues Bought our Prius from Desert Toyota in '09 and have continued our service there (even after the extended warranty expired)---we had some early issues with the car itself and Toyota had to take the car and work for weeks on the electrical system but since that early time (at about 2 years) our servicing has been more routine. And we have enjoyed the car. Kyle is our "go-to" guy and he is always responsive, polite/personable and concerned about our Prius and US! He gives us accurate information and is a 'man of his word'. We have been happy with our whole service team and the facility in general. As retired people, we always have to be concerned with costs and Kyle is very sensitive to that. I hope that we continue to have his assistance with this Prius and any future Toyota we might have! More
Horrible. Dishonest and disrespectful! We went to Desert Toyota to buy a new 2017 Toyota 4Runner Limited. We wanted a third row, redwood interior and automatic running boards. We were told by Tim Bowman that there was one available in Phoenix and that it could be transported to Desert Toyota for us to purchase. We did a little negotiating and in the negotiating we were told they would waive transport fees from Phoenix, where we were told the vehicle was located. We sat down with Garrett Trower to start the financing paperwork and were told that this was just to streamline the financing when the vehicle arrived to the dealership. We brought up a concern, that the vehicle wasn't there and that we haven't even seen the vehicle. We were reassured that the paperwork was "on hold" as some things on the contract were blank like the odometer reading and that of course we would be able to look over the vehicle before purchasing. We later found out on our own research that the vehicle was actually located in Flagstaff and was not being transported to Desert Toyota but was being driven down. As soon as we found that out we tried to cancel the purchase of that vehicle as this was not what we agreed to. We were told numerous times, that Desert Toyota would make it right. We were given assurance after assurance, that everything would be done in our best interest. When the vehicle did make it to Desert Toyota of Tucson, it had almost 300 miles on it. Edmunds recommends and suggests that a new car with almost 300 miles needs to renegotiated for a better price. When we went down to Desert Toyota to officially cancel the transaction as we decided that this is not what we originally agreed to. There was no new negotiating for price, accessories or anything and we were treated extremely poor. During talks we were told repeatedly that we should get a lawyer as the financing was already put through for the vehicle. The financing that was to be "on hold" until we can see the vehicle, Desert Toyota submitted it without our knowledge for a vehicle we hadn't seen or touched. The finance manager was condescending, tried to humiliate and intimidate us. Again, Desert Toyota put a loan though for a vehicle that we never took delivery of - never even touched the keys and then told me to contact a lawyer. After an email to the General Manager that evening he agreed to a meeting the next morning. During that meeting I explained to him the Desert Toyota had lost my complete trust with the constant lies and disrespectful treatment and I would no longer do business with them. He made an offer of some credit for accessories but again I told him I did not want to do business with such a dishonest company. He agreed to cancel the transaction after he basically called me a liar. I got the Garrett in finance to provide a finance decision document, he wrote Cancelling and signed it. I am now getting notifications that the loan has not been cancelled. I contacted Toyota Motor Credit and explained the situation and the fact that we never took delivery of the vehicle. They have no record of the financing being canceled and told me to dispute with the credit bureaus. I have now spent a few hours getting copies of my credit reports and disputing. In all this was a very disappointing experience and it is still not over. I would not recommend Desert Toyota to anyone! I felt they were very dishonest and disrespectful. From the lies the sales team told to cover up the misinformation we were provided originally. To the disrespectful finance manager who repeated told us to contact a lawyer and the General Manager who basically called me a liar when he said didn't believe me when I told him I did not want to do business with a company who treated me so poorly. Worst dealer experience We had talked on the phone with a salesman and told him we wanted our monthly payments to be X amount for a loan at X percentage with $X amount down o We had talked on the phone with a salesman and told him we wanted our monthly payments to be X amount for a loan at X percentage with $X amount down on a 72 month loan, and he said he could do it. We ordered the truck and drove 2 hours from Phoenix only to get there and be told that they couldn't make that happen for that price. Their computer system that had recorded the phone call suddenly "wasn't loading". The guy we talked to while there made it seem like we made this entire conversation up and was extremely rude. We didn't make any part of it up and if the guy on the phone can't make that deal then he should not be on the phone talking to customers. More
