New car purchase I purchased a Toyota PriusV a week ago from a terrific young salesman at Desert Toyota. His name is Jeff Gwash. He was personable and knowledgeable I purchased a Toyota PriusV a week ago from a terrific young salesman at Desert Toyota. His name is Jeff Gwash. He was personable and knowledgeable of all of the various Toyota models. I knew which vehicle I was interested in prior to visiting the dealer. I did not intend to purchase immediately but because of the salesman and his ability to locate exactly what I wanted at what I feel is a good price I purchased immediately. The dealer has called me twice already to find out if I am happy with the car and to offer any assistance I might need immediately or in the future. I would certainly recommend Desert Toyota to others interested in purchasing a new Toyota in Tucson, AZ or it's vicinity. More

Salesman was good to negotiate with but I had ordered the new car on a Saturday and set up a time and date to pick it up. 4 days later due to holiday. Unfortunately it was not ready. I waited all day to get it. Not the best experience. They tried to make it right and finally I got my car. I would go back to them as they did try hard. More

He listened to both my wife and I, and made the process seamless. He took us directly to the car that we had researched and didn't try to sell us a different vehicle. We left the lot the same day with a new car and a positive outlook on Desert Toyota! More

Pushy and slimy I have visited this delaership twice. The first visit, I walked away after being on the lot for only a few minutes. The salesman, after a very loose I have visited this delaership twice. The first visit, I walked away after being on the lot for only a few minutes. The salesman, after a very loose and limp handahake in which he barely lifted his hand from his side, seemed uninterested and aloof to my presence. The second visit, I was greeted by a salesman who was a little more interested but once his manager, Phil, got involved...I was turned off of ever going there again. Phil's main focus was to get me in the building and away from the used Honda I was i lnterested in. He kept suggesting we go inside. He kept attempting to lead me and direct me inside. All so we start the paperwork. I had not even looked under the hood at this point. I had only taken the car up the road and back. When I told him this, he said to take it out again. While the salesman and I were out driving it, Phil called the salesman inquiring as where we were. When he finally did get me in the building, he was the stereotypical car delearship guy. Pushy pushy pushy. Lets get you in the car today. Lets make the numbers work out. Never going back there. Phil, you were rude, condescending and slimy. And he raised the price $1200 over what the car was listed for before tax, title and nonsense fees. More

He did not pressure us and really went the extra mile for my elderly parents ( they also bought a RAV 4 at the same time). I highly recommend Jeffery. Our financing was taken care of by Garrett Trowler. He did a great job of explaining things in simple terms. This was a very easy and positive buying experience. More

Desert Toyota Tucson - Service dept not reommended I would definitely NOT recommend the purchase of a Toyota Sienna Mini Van nor would I recommend the Desert Toyota Tucson Service department. After ch I would definitely NOT recommend the purchase of a Toyota Sienna Mini Van nor would I recommend the Desert Toyota Tucson Service department. After charging me $350 to repair my left side sliding door they informed me that they could not repair the door as 2011 - 2016 Toyota Sienna Mini Van automatic doors were under a recall. Desert Toyota service department disconnected the sliding doors and now the left door will not operate at all. Both Toyota and Desert Toyota could care less about the repair of the doors. It has been over seven months and nothing has been repaired on the doors. More
