This by far was the easiest car buying experience we have ever had. We contacted Costco online and were then contacted very timely by Enrique Duran, the Costco consultant. The process went extreely smoothly. We felt we were treated honestly, with no pressure. Everyone we came in contact with was very professional and pleasant and they all actually made ythe who experience pleasant and fun. Enrique was very knowledge about the product and listened to our needs. We have already told several of our friends and family members about our experience and would definitely recommend Desert Toyota and especially Enrique, Luis, Manny in Finance and Eduardo the new car sales manager. They were all a pleasure to work with. More

They would do nothing for me but say “sorry” Pretty sad especially when it concerns something as important as the brake system More
Outstanding Rav4 2018 Geoff Batz greeted us when we pulled in to look at car styling, comfort and fuel economy. I had done a lot of work looking up various models of cars on the Internet. I had a certain number of requirements in a new vehicle and had found the name of the vehicle model that I wanted to look at. Mr. Batz looked at my computer print out said he had one of those cars available but it was new. from that point on everything was very smooth as fast as they could make it and gave me the car I loved. The service has been fantastic due to Mr. Batz. In addition, Mr. Batz has made himself available for any questions we might have. I took commendable his word and called, just recently, and sure enough he was there and available to assist us. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and Jeff Batz to anyone. We went to Toyota because we had a very good experience with them Troy elders over the last 20 years. We were not disappointed this time. SLF More

I love my new highlander but still have mixed feeling about the trade in value i received for my 2011 toyota camry which only had 47000 miles on it. Wish I could get it back and not use it as a trade in. More

Great Car Purchasing Experience When I walked into the Desert Toyota Dealership, I already narrowed my choice down to three models. Ariel patiently walked me through my choices. I then further narrowed my choice down to the Prius. Ariel explained everything that a Prius has to offer thoroughly, articulately, proficiently, and clearly. He even asked his team to bring down all possibilities from the upstairs garage so I could see all the options to include color. Once I agreed to purchase the cat, his supervisor showed me financing options. Then the business manager, Tom I think, thoroughly and cleat presented all the warranty options. Great teamwork! Ariel even provided and held the Toyota shopping bags while so cleaned out my trade in. What could have been a tedious experience was pleasant, and even enjoyable. Everything went so smoothly and simply. I highly recommend this dealership! More
Better experience this time. I haven't always had the best history with Desert Toyota but yesterday that all changed. After purchasing a uses vehicle 3 years ago (Jaguar XF) I I haven't always had the best history with Desert Toyota but yesterday that all changed. After purchasing a uses vehicle 3 years ago (Jaguar XF) I encountered multiple issues not only with the vehicle but the shady sales guy. I only returned because of Patrick Betancourt and how he did his best back then. After being promptly attended to by Mickey who passed me onto Jeff Gwash (928-308-6087), I found my baby...a brand spanking new Avalon. <3 Both Mickey & Jeff were genuine in their intentions and totally followed through with their promise to make THIS experience better. Although, time consuming they effortlessly made everything work out- to my benefit. After vehicle selection, test driving and finalizing the purchase I worked with Luis Lopez who was equally helpful and explained EVERYTHING! I'm happy to be the 1st owner of this beauty...other than my kids I've never been the 1st owner of anything. Special thanks to Mickey! More

Not only it happened in advantageous terms for me, but also, with the help of James Cioffi, my Sales Consultant, I established a good negotiation to end with my brand new Highlander and a happy wife.
