I really liked the new style and features of the 2019 Rav 4 and was looking at them when I was approached by Robin. He was very cordial and showed me the features and I was impressed with both the vehicle and his demeanor & non pressure approach. As it turned out, I ended up leasing a 2019 RAV 4 LE and trading in the Matrix. The entire experience was pleasant and I felt I was treated with respect and did not feel pressured in anyway. He and his Manager bent over backwards to fit in the costs with my budget and I could not be happier with my purchase. Kudos to the entire Desert Toyota team for making my new car purchase a great experience. More

In my discussion with him and Martin I decided I wanted to buy instead of lease next year. I am very happy with the 2019 Corolla that I have purchased, for all the assistance in decision making I received from Quincey and Martin and Casey was very helpful in setting me up with my brand new car. I intentionally tried to distract Fernando away from the sale onto unrelated subjects and he just went along with me until I brought the conversation back to the vehicle. In the end, I not only wanted to purchase a Toyota Hylander but I wanted to buy it from him. Quince then led me into a Lease Agreement which worked out best for me. You cannot go wrong with Kevin in the Service Department either. He has been my service manager for several years. More

Delightful Surprise! I had no intention to buy a new car that day. I came in for service on my 2001 Toyota, and while waiting I cruised the showroom. Lots of pretty pretty I had no intention to buy a new car that day. I came in for service on my 2001 Toyota, and while waiting I cruised the showroom. Lots of pretty pretty cars! And the sales rep who gave me the guided tour, Casey Muse, was incredibly knowledgeable about each of them. The last car I noticed gave me a thrill when I saw it, and I rushed over to it. It was, for want of a better description, my auto-soul-mate! I fell in love. As it turned out, my car need much more than I was prepared to commit. I made an instant, and inevitable decision - I wanted the brand new shiny car. I turned to Casey and said I want to make a deal. He told me he wouldn't even talk to me about that until I took a test drive and confirmed that I really loved it. After the wonderful drive, I explained that I had little time before an appointment I must keep. Casey and the rest of the team at Desert Toyota went to work, got my trade in quote, arranged my financing, and had me driving out of the lot in time to make my appointment. I am very happy with my purchase, and with the Excellent Service I have received, both before and since the day I bought the car. I had almost forgotten what real Customer Service is like, but Desert Toyota, and Casey Muse reminded me in a marvelous way. I would recommend them to everyone, especially if you are skeptical of "car salesmen". More
Got a super fun car in a breeze! My 2016 Camry lease was expiring and I had to buy it or turn it in and find something else. Freddy Solano must have looked up my past 5 purchases there and found that I really liked a Corolla Sport that had been totaled in a 3 car sandwich stop (I was in the middle). With a $2000. incentive to buy a Corolla and $500 in customer loyalty from Toyota, I had an easy $2500. down payment. I had a test drive in the Corolla SE while Freddy sharpened his pencil to give me the best deal he could. I love the car and believe I got a good deal -- I even got help in the evening when I couldn't figure out how to work some of the fancy dash tools, and Freddy was very patient and helpful in setting them up for me. Mike, in finance, was also very nice in explaining different options to me and pointing out that there was a sale on a 5 year warranty that would cover all my service for 5 years. I have purchased 5 vehicles from Desert Toyota since 2011, and this was the most fun yet! More
