I have a new 2021 RAV4 purchased in California, but I am going to be living in Tucson. I have been in twice with a potential warrantee issue. Both times the service people were surely and offered no real advice as to how I might quickly solve the problem. No one was interested in helping me navigate the console. Since there are two dealers in Tucson, I will be doing all of my service with Precision Toyota for the foreseeable future.
