I'm so bad with names, and your wed site needs to be updated with her picture. I think it was Jena, but I also added Lorena just cause her photo looks pretty close too. Your records will tell you who the right girl was, but she was so very nice to my wife and myself. Thank You. More

dissatisfaction with service We have not been satisfied with the service provided at this dealership. We have taken our car there and only there since we bought it. This past vi We have not been satisfied with the service provided at this dealership. We have taken our car there and only there since we bought it. This past visit the car was kept in your service department for 10 days. We brought it in for service and a battery. We mentioned three other items for review resulting in an auxilliary battery and repair of the mechanism controlling the outside mirrors. In addition the overhead light in the car would blink on and off. We were given completion dates on several occasions which were not met causing us to change our plans. When we called in for updates rarely could we speak to someone in service and our calls were not returned promptly sometimes not at all. I would have to call several times to get a response. I left two messages for the service manager with no return call. In the past we mentioned certain things that were never corrected. Your people were always polite but certainly not effective. 10 days was overkill for the work done. We have decided to take our car to the Orange County dealership in the future,----Thank you for a chance to express this We would not have communicated our feelings otherwise. Frustrated by recent service I took my F-Pace in for its first maintence. Previously I have only had one major issue (some sort of running in the steering column that they had tri I took my F-Pace in for its first maintence. Previously I have only had one major issue (some sort of running in the steering column that they had tried to fix twice with no success) so I wanted them to tovtry and fix that again. I made an appointment for the Friday morning before Christmas to Tal the car in. I had not asked for a loaner, but they said they might have one for me. Then they said they didn’t know if they could get the car back to me before the end of the day, would it be OK if they kept it over the weekend? I pointed out that this was a three day weekend. Then I told them I had a car I could drive if they could take me home. I waited about 45 minutes for their shuttle driver and finally got taken home. On the Tuesday after Christmas I called the service advisor to see when my car would be ready. I only got his voicemail so left a message. About 1pm he called me to let me know my car was just now being assigned to a service technician. What!!! Absolutely nothing had be done to my car up to this point. Why did I have to be without it for the long weekend. I also pointed out that I had an appointment for the previous Friday and resented the fact they had not started service then. I was told that my “appointment” was simply with the service advisor and was not a guarantee of service for that day. Seriously? So they started service late on Tuesday and of course didn’t finish that day. Nor did they finish it o. Wednesday. On Thursday I got a call that there was a new Service bulletin on my steering issue, but it would require them to order parts that wouldn’t come in until Friday. I did finally get my car back from them on Friday, one week after I took it in for routine maintenance with an appointment. Funny thing, the paperwork did not indicate that any new parts were installed for the steering issue. I think I was lied to along and taken advantage of because I said I had another car I could use. I have no faith in the service advisor or the dealership st this point. More
