Quick service but felt I was overcharged for diesel fluid. I was supposed to have free service til 50/60 miles and was charged 167 to add fluids. Not happy. I mentioned to the service writer that I had free service but he said that the deisel additives did apply. When I had my 10,000 service it was included. Not satisfied with the explanation I received!! More
Excellent service department I had gone there to replace my windshield. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. In less than an hour and a half I was on my way home. The moment i pulled my car into the service area, I was war Recently brought my car in to the Desert European Motors Audi dealership in Rancho Mirage. The moment i pulled my car into the service area, I was warmly greeted by the staff. I was promptly received by Loreena who escorted me to her desk to begin gathering my information. We finished everything within 10 minutes and she gave me a loaner(was lucky to get the same model as my car!). She informed me that she would call me as soon as she had more information from their service team. She left me follow up messages throughout the day on the status of the repair and finally when it was ready for pick up. What impressed me the most was the efficiency, professionalism and follow up each step of way. My wife owns a car with another local dealership, they dont even return her call for an appointment. Very happy with the team, (especially Loreena) at this Audi dealership and strongly recommend them to friends and family. R.C. More

After servicing three different vehicles in the Rancho Mirage dealership I have never been more disappointed and angry. More

After several attempts and no return calls from this dealer's service depart, I made a phone call to Audi of America (1-800-253-2834). Audi of America got the dealer contact on phone, confirmed part availability and then transferred me directly so I was able to make the repair appointment. It would have been nice to just make a phone call to,the Audi RM and get this done the first time! I also drive an S5 Cabriolet in Canada and our Audi dealer there is much more responsive..... More
