Totally disorganized badly in need of management overhaul It took almost an hour to check my car in. I just sat back and watched the height of disorganization unfold. When it was time to give me a loaner car as promised there were apparently none available. A million apologies but no offer to comp my service which is what a professional would have done. Hope I never have to go back. More
