My Aston Martin battery died on a Friday night and the service advisor Ian Labrecque was on the phone trying to find a tow company who could take the car to the dealer for repair. he was with us on the p service advisor Ian Labrecque was on the phone trying to find a tow company who could take the car to the dealer for repair. he was with us on the phone until 10pm . I have not experienced such great service from any other dealer. He even explained to the tow truck driver how to charge the battery and its location. Simply amazing service. I consider myself very lucky to have this dealership in our valley. More

I have always taken my Bentleys (3) to this dealership. Recently ran into a few issues with service but they were easy work with. I did schedule for my Bentley to be serviced on a Tuesday at 9AM and had to Recently ran into a few issues with service but they were easy work with. I did schedule for my Bentley to be serviced on a Tuesday at 9AM and had to call Thursday to check on the status to find they have not even started the service. No loaner vehicle was provided or offered and no information that my vehicle was going to sit for 2 days beyond a scheduled 4 hr procedure (oil/filters/spark plugs). When I did pick up the vehicle there was myself and another customer. I was acknowledged and told it would be a second and waited 10 minutes listening to my service director just chat with another individual about Range Rovers and his work history knowing I was waiting. I had to go to the 2 service advisors working the desk and close my bill. I found the service shocking as Bentley is one of the best in the industry and the attention to clients should be #1. I honestly get better service at the KIA dealership for my Telluride than at this Bentley dealership. I will be transitioning to use San Diego or LA Bentley Dealerships for service from now on. More
We took our flying spur into the dealership last fall to have the window mechanism fixed. During the repair process they scratched the window tint badly. We returned to the desert this last week, and return have the window mechanism fixed. During the repair process they scratched the window tint badly. We returned to the desert this last week, and returned to the dealership to have the tint fixed. When we came to pick up the car one B center cap was missing. We know it was on there since before we took the car there we washed it including the wheels. When we reported the missing center cap, they said those things fall off all the time. I own three Bentleys, I’ve had this one for twelve years and the center cap has never fallen off any of them. More
My Bentley came back damaged each time in for service. The quality has dramatically dropped since Dennis retired. They picked up our car, did a thorough analysis and sent a detailed summary of recommended work. We opted to wait until we leave the valley in May to get the work done. Service was great and all work was completed in a timely fashion. My only complaint, my car was clean when I dropped it off, but filthy when I picked it up.
