Went in yesterday to meet with TDI settlement representative. Was there for 2 hours before they realized they shipped my car I just traded in somewhere else. Unreal! There is zero accountability and they do not care about you. Nothing has been done to make amends for the horrible treatment I've received the last few months. My family has bought 3 new cars in the last 7 months and I fully regret it now. Stay away!! More

I really didn't even think i could own an audi! Steve Clark was very professional and did everything he could to help me! He dedicated his time to me and he as well as his team at audi made my dreams come true! Not only with helping me get financed but with getting me a low APR and with payments i can afford. This location and everyone in it really make me feel welcomed and important and like family! I highly recommend this location. More

Audi of America got the dealer contact on phone, confirmed part availability and then transferred me directly so I was able to make the repair appointment. It would have been nice to just make a phone call to,the Audi RM and get this done the first time! I also drive an S5 Cabriolet in Canada and our Audi dealer there is much more responsive..... More

Up until they had the money in the bank (wired to them), service was attentive and generally responsive. Once I got there, the execution was very poor and they were less interested in my well being. Perhaps because Jaguar is the lowest cost of the cars they sell, they definitely do not make you feel like a valued customer. Their poor logistics cost me an extra day (I flew out there and had to spend the night and the entire next day waiting), they didn't have time to go over any of the vehicle's features with me (though they made me sign something that said they did). By far the worst luxury car dealership experience I've had. Thankfully, they will not be the dealer I have the long-term service relationship with. More

We were loyal Audi customers (still love the product), but are not loyal to Rancho Mirage Audi. First buying experience was wonderful. Second was ruined by finance manager changing numbers after agreeing on price. Third time had same finance officer who tried to mess with numbers again, didn't properly fill out information correctly, and later tried to refund less on a trade we had. What an insult! They were making a bunch of profit off of trade and sale, yet he was going to screw us over even more. Never Again!!! Goodbye Rancho Mirage Audi! Hello Walter's Audi. More

However, I checked some other sources and one of the local German car repair shops and they were much more positive. My salesman, Mike Jackson, was upfront with me and we quickly negotiated a price. We handled most of the deal remotely. I flew in to test drive the car and finalize the paperwork. I was out of the dealership in less than 90 minutes. They told me an out of state title would take 3-6 weeks and they overnighted to me in 3 weeks. I didn't have any problems registering the car in my state. Overall, it was one of my best car buying experiences. More
