Worst experience ever Horrible!! I'm on my third Audi now and love the brand but this dealer is the worst! They messed up during my sales transaction and dropped my credit Horrible!! I'm on my third Audi now and love the brand but this dealer is the worst! They messed up during my sales transaction and dropped my credit 100 points! Went in yesterday to meet with TDI settlement representative. Was there for 2 hours before they realized they shipped my car I just traded in somewhere else. Unreal! There is zero accountability and they do not care about you. Nothing has been done to make amends for the horrible treatment I've received the last few months. My family has bought 3 new cars in the last 7 months and I fully regret it now. Stay away!! More
