We bought the car online and when we showed up to drive the vehicle away, they had the vehicle in the showroom, detailed to perfection. Mark spent so much time describing the vehicle's details that my wife was thoroughly comfortable with the vehicle. He set up everything and gave us his email for follow on questions. Quick service but felt I was overcharged for diesel fluid. I was supposed to have free service til 50/60 miles and was charged 167 to add fluids. Not happy. The moment i pulled my car into the service area, I was warmly greeted by the staff. I was promptly received by Loreena who escorted me to her desk to begin gathering my information. We finished everything within 10 minutes and she gave me a loaner(was lucky to get the same model as my car!). She informed me that she would call me as soon as she had more information from their service team. She left me follow up messages throughout the day on the status of the repair and finally when it was ready for pick up. What impressed me the most was the efficiency, professionalism and follow up each step of way. My wife owns a car with another local dealership, they dont even return her call for an appointment.
