We bought the car online and when we showed up to drive the vehicle away, they had the vehicle in the showroom, detailed to perfection. Mark spent so much time describing the vehicle's details that my wife was thoroughly comfortable with the vehicle. He set up everything and gave us his email for follow on questions. Quick service but felt I was overcharged for diesel fluid. I was supposed to have free service til 50/60 miles and was charged 167 to add fluids. Not happy.
