Purchased a 2015 Yukon Denali, had them do a walk around, and also had them put an extended Warranty. To get an extended warranty they have to do an inspection. I received the vehicle and before I even put 1 and also had them put an extended Warranty. To get an extended warranty they have to do an inspection. I received the vehicle and before I even put 100 miles I had it at the shop. The shocks were shot, compressor had to be replaced, the Antenna needed to be replaced. Warranty denied all because it was to soon with how many miles I put on it. Contacted Derrow Shirkey, was told AS is, even with there inspection, and added warranty. They don't care, def buyer be ware, they are not looking out for there customers. More

Found a Jeep I really wanted but we were an hour and a half away. We had communicated with the salesman for over a week just so he would.know we were very interested. We asked about rust on the vehicle, especially the underneath. Mainly because the Jeep came from Canada. Salesman did show us a video of the rust underneath and did a walk around Video of the exterior of the Jeep. We drove all the way there on Saturday, to find the Jeep had several areas of bubbled up rust that had been touched up with paint. Nobody even came out to talk to us. It's ok though cause I wouldn't have bought that Jeep if was half price!! Why can't salesman just be honest?? We wouldn't have wasted our time. So frustrating!!! More
