I was charged for loaner vehicle while my Durango was being serviced for a few days. Over $200. I was told by Dwayne & Roy in service that enterprise does that a lot. It happens often. No one has responded. I went in person to talk to Roy and was ignored and pushed away this is horrible service. I still Haven’t been reimbursed. Now I’m being forced to seek counsel.
