I was from out of town and had car problems while returning to Baltimore. I didn't know anything about the dealership. Mr. Palmer was welcoming and helpful. We felt very comfortable in the waiting area as I spoke with other customers who seemed to think it was also a good place. My car appears to be working very well...no problems. The price was a little more than my mechanic wanted in Baltimore but it was competitive. Getting to Baltimore was not an option before repair. Although it was pretty much my only option, it turned out to be a good one.....Thanks!!! More
