Took car in as advised. They told us out put was bad. They kept car one week. Made us walk for a week. Kept our car for a week when they knew they had parts on back order. Said parts would be in June sometime. They made us walk for a week before calling us and telling us to pick up car. Unfixed until part ca back order. Said parts would be in June sometime. They made us walk for a week before calling us and telling us to pick up car. I made an appt for service several day in advance. On Thursday when I dropped it off I could not find the service department. No one offered to help. I wandered around the sales floor looking for anyone to help. Finally some guy walked up after I had to raise my voice for “anyone to help me” making a stupid joke. The receptionist seemed clueless too. Appt was for Friday. We dropped it off Thursday afternoon Jim started off with a huge price for just putting the diagnosis thing on. I was quoted $500 for servicing my transmission. The appointment was for Friday. I called around 10. I spoke to Jim. He said “you will know something when I know something” then hung up on me. Saturday I was told that maybe they would start on it Monday. They did not offer an auto replacement or rental. There were several encounters with Jim that were unprofessional. I admit that I got pretty heated because of the rudeness, no one interested in providing assistance, lack of keeping me informed and increased agitation. We never received a notification our truck was ready. My wife had to call after 5 on Monday to learn it was ready. He told her that he had sent a text saying it was ready that morning however he did not. We are inclined to take our business elsewhere. More
They are kind and very considerate about the work they do they keep you updated on repairs and the amount before the repairs are done making sure you are aware of the cost.
