I booked my appointment several weeks ago and ended up sitting there for 2 hours waiting on an OIL CHANGE!!! Here is the best part, I texted my advisor 20 minutes saying that I absolutely had to leave and sitting there for 2 hours waiting on an OIL CHANGE!!! Here is the best part, I texted my advisor 20 minutes saying that I absolutely had to leave and get my son from school at the 2 hour mark. No response. No one came to get me after 2 hours, so I went out to the main service bay and there was my car just sitting there. Apparently my advisor had gone to lunch. They couldn’t tell me how long it had been sitting there but I would be willing to bet it had been sitting there for about an hour. Either way, the lack of communication and the blatant disregard for their customers makes me hate my Jeep and this dealership. This isn’t the only issue with this dealership or this Jeep! I will never own a Jeep again because of problems like this. More
