Worst customer service and disrespectful team I have ever encountered. Service manager Jay was disrespectful and dismissive. Service advisor Tyler did a poor job of communicating. The tech that also worked o encountered. Service manager Jay was disrespectful and dismissive. Service advisor Tyler did a poor job of communicating. The tech that also worked on the car took 2 weeks to diagnose the issue and then another 10 days to fix. The day I was supposed to pick it up they let me know that during the test drive the vehicle started dumping oil. When they finally got that fixed and I picked up the vehicle, I looked in the engine compartment and found multiple hoses and lines not properly secured. Also, looks like the crankshaft pulley is wobbling. I will now have to take it to another dealership to fix what they screwed up. I highly recommend you stay away from this dealership if you are getting any kind of repairs or maintenance done. More

Went in on a cold call, needed my 60000 maintenance. They were able to squeeze me in and their mechanic did an awsome job. Not the easiest job replacing all the fluids while a customer waits.
