We asked the salesman about a specific rebate on a new F-350 which was worth $6,100.00 and he stated that it would be no problem. We then drove 240 miles to purchase the new vehicle only to find out that F-350 which was worth $6,100.00 and he stated that it would be no problem. We then drove 240 miles to purchase the new vehicle only to find out that he would only honor the rebate if we ordered a new one, not because he couldn’t, but wouldn’t because he can make more money on it selling it out right. They also decided our trade was worth $2,000 less on arrival for a total of $8100 difference. We felt completely tricked into to coming knowing that if he got us in the door that he would have a pretty good chance of selling us the new F-350. Instead we walked away pissed to say the least. I would never recommend doing business with any business that treated you like that. I absolutely hate buying new vehicles when you have to deal with a dealership like that. More
