Service department is a joke. Called to schedule my truck to get diagnosed and spoke with the service tech. He told me to bring it in and they would get to it that week. Vehicle sat for 5 weeks without any progress or an ETA on when my vehicle would be fixed only to get told each time I called to check on it that “ hopefully we can get to it this week” then on the 5th week I was told I wasn’t even on the schedule when my vehicle had been sitting in their lot for 5 WEEKS!
