Disappointed, they lost my truck. Very disappointed, service done early in 2019, they broke the positive connector off my right side battery, didn't fix it, just close the hood. December service, they managed to lose my truck after a recall and oil change. I will be using a different Ford dealer if i have any more recalls after this. I worked with a really nice lady named Carley(sp), she actually helped me find my truck and then processed my paperwork, she was very good. My normal guy, not so much. More

No expectations to purchase truck We were getting our GM truck repaired at dealer one block away and I decided to walk over and see what Ford had to offer in the new 2019 trucks. I was We were getting our GM truck repaired at dealer one block away and I decided to walk over and see what Ford had to offer in the new 2019 trucks. I was assigned to speak with Mike Stracener which was a pleasure of dealing throughout the entire process. Mike not only knew his inventory well but could speak on every option and differences in the trucks. Part of our deal was to install a new 5th wheel hitch in the bed of the new truck which I was impressed this dealer not only had in stock but could install first thing in the morning. We had our mind set on a specific number after the trade of our GM truck and the sales team was able to find a way for us to meet that number. Mike was very patient in showing us all the technology and setting up the different features. If your looking at new Ford trucks in Butte, Mo. , Mike knows the bells and whistles of what Ford has now and what is coming in 2020. More
