Denny Menholt Body Shop provides poor quality service and the management is out of touch with the concept of customer service. Even though my vehicle was not repaired, no one took responsibility for the omis the management is out of touch with the concept of customer service. Even though my vehicle was not repaired, no one took responsibility for the omission and left my car filthy and reeking of adhesive. While I love the courtesy shuttle and the paint job appears to be satisfactory, I won't go back and definitely do not recommend them.. More

If your gonna deal with these guys bend over I took my truck into the Denny Menholt service dept at the recommendation of a friend. I did my research as to how much the repair should cost and to I took my truck into the Denny Menholt service dept at the recommendation of a friend. I did my research as to how much the repair should cost and to my surprise the service writer showed me a number three hundred over what I was expecting. I had to have the vehicle fixed ASAP as it was really acting up. I pay the bill and I get halfway home when the “Service Engine” light comes back on and my oil pressure gauge is bouncing around. I contact the service dept and they said it might be a bad sensor, now I’m not a mechanic but I assumed they would use the computer to check that the sensor was working correctly before they told me it was repaired, evidently that’s what you get when you assume. I spoke with the service manager and asked why the labor cost so much “$229.00” per hour, he told me they had a sliding scale on repairs. Point of fact, they waaaaay over charged for the labor and they didn’t fix the problem. They want me to bring it back in to get it fixed right but I’m not giving them that opportunity. Stay away, avoid this place like the plague, do yourself a favor!!!!!!!! More

I wish I would have taken heed to the negative reviews. Please do not make the same mistake that I did. These are the most dishonest people that I have ever met! These people sold us a vehicle and we were told that the taxes were included in the financing. We live in Wyoming so they delivered the vehicle to us upon their insistence because we were going to pick it up. They brought the vehicle to us. While signing the salesperson was in a hurry to back on the road for his four hour drive so he was rushing us through the signing of the contract. The salesperson told us that the taxes were including the financing because I told him that would be a deal breaker if it wasn't. He said, "l know and we took care of you. We will send you a check for $1,400." Now, it is time to plate our vehicle and we hadn't received a check. We call the dealership and ask where the check is and we are informed that we are not getting one because it was not included in the financing on the vehicle. But the dealership managed to include $1981.00 for some Permaguard that I didn't ask for or approve. Now, I see why the salesman was in such a hurry to get back to Montana and offered to deliver my vehicle to me. This company charged me $1981 (Permagurad) plus the $1,400 check they lied about equals a grand total of $3,381 they cost me. I talked to the sales manager, and finance manager and they called me and my husband liars and were extremely rude. I suggested we talked to the salesperson and conveniently he no longer works there. These people will say anything to get your business. Their word is not their bond, a hand shake means nothing to them. They will lie without a conscious! DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!! RUN THE OTHER WAY TO A REPUTABLE DEALERSHIP!!! They use the "BAIT and SWITCH" tactic. The person that handles their webpage will write some lame response as they did with other negative reviews to pacify others who might read this. Don't fall for their lies. RUN More

She went in alone and dealt with these xxxxxxx harassing her and trying to intimidate her for hours. "The car is here you're here" "Lets just get this done already" They never would show her the invoice on the car. Flat out refused. Had very strange high interest rate financing (8-9%) from "banks" neither of us had ever heard of. Also their paint protection products that GM offers for 895 on their website (Xylitol) they wanted to charge her 2400 dollars for! Needless to say she went elsewhere. I went in yesterday August 9 2016. I really wanted a Camaro that they had on the lot. After my girlfriend's issues with these creeps I was reluctant to even drive by. But they had the exact car I wanted (Camaro SS manual Magnaride shocks etc). I gave them another chance which was a huge mistake. First they offered me a very offensive price on my trade-in. (Pristine car with 3000 miles) They offered me 8k below KBB and NADA value. Then that "paint protection plan" was 1900 for me... Stay away from these guys. More
I purchased a new 2008 silverado from Denny Menholt in december of 2007. After the purchase the vehicle needed multiple warranty repairs that required me to bring the vehicle in from my home in Colstrip M december of 2007. This would be understandable but not once was the service department able to figure out the problem the first time which costed me alot in travel expenses. At one of the return visits the service writer named Chris actually said to me "what would you like me to do just start throwing parts at it?". I had tried a couple times asking my salesman Pete Nailor if he would communicate with the service department for me since I refused to deal with a department so unorganized and he would reply " we are two completely different departments its not what I do". The sad part is this WAS the 5th straight GM vehicle that I have purchased, the first from Denny Menholt and it is the last GM vehicle I will ever own and I would not even consider getting my tires rotated at this dealer. In October of last year we purchased a new Nissan Pathfinder for my wife and it has been a good vehicle, a few years ago it would have been a Tahoe without even driving other vehicles but I learned my lesson the hard way. More
