I came to Dennis Sneed Ford because I saw an ad on autotrader.com. There was a blue ford fiesta that was priced right for the miles. Called dealer twice before we arrived, second time 1 hour before we arrived. Arrived to see the used F 150 parked on the mountain in front of the dealership with a huge snowdrift behind it. He told me that the deal would have to be finished before we could test drive it (red flag #1). After we went inside and were seated in front of Erics desk the salesman next to us supposadly got a call from someone wanting to buy the same F 150 we were. The story was that he was offering cash over the phone without even looking at the vehicle (remember, we haven't even had a chance to look over the truck yet, still on the mountain side which is covered in snow and ice). A few minutes later over the intercom there was another manufactured call wanting the same truck; and of course Eric reminded us that he had two other inquires on the truck earlier in the day. (red flag #....I dunno ) Next, the owner or manager begins his part in the drama. He comes out and starts strutting around the building saying that he won't take the cash offer over the phone; he would just as soon take it to the auction for that price. Of course the price was mentioned out loud, message to us. After they asked for a copy of our drivers license and insurance that was the last straw; I don't trust those guys with any of my personal information and I left. More

Called and talked with Bob(salesman) Not knowing wife seen same truck and called and talked to Boyd (salesman) Seemed like they were both on same page about truck and sounded great put deposit on truck until we could make it down on weekend to drive an bring home. On arrival Bob was busy with other buyers so we talked with Boyd first nicest guy ever has a great life story. Then talked with Brian whom worked hard at getting me the payment I wanted to make plus a CPO that covers 100,000 mile drive train and 75,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. not expecting that one at all. With a lower monthly payment than I was thinking. We drove our car down and was on way to KC for our anniversary did not want to take both vehicles (this was on Sat.) Dennis offered us to park our car there in his closed gates until drive home on Sunday. He gave us the code to open his dealership (who do you know does that?) Shows what kind of person he is. I will go back to this dealer any time. Every one was easy to get along with , felt no rush, and the paper work took about 10 mins or less. When Bob was finished with his sale he came over and introduced himself and made us feel as if we have known him for ever. All in All great place Great people Great service!!!!!!!!! I will buy all of my vehicles from this dealer I can not get over how Down to earth they all are and Easy to talk to it makes things go smooth thanks guys !! keep up the good work!!! More

This will actually be my third review of Dennis Sneed Ford. I initially had a bad experience when trying to buy a used Ford truck from Mike. Mike failed to call me back numbereous times, and when I would call him and his response would be I was just about to call you back and I am trying really hard for you( I am sure). Mike called me after I gave them a bad review and said he was going to make it right, and asked me to take down my first review first. So, I did as he asked and wrote a good review and thought he was going to help me out getting me in a used pickup truck and be honest and fair about it. I even talked to Dennis once on the phone and he couldnt of been more of a rude, sarcastic, a$$hole. I could tell he only cared about one thing money and not customer service. So, I go through the trouble of emailing Mike photos of my trade in and all information that he requested. Only to wait two hours or more with no response (big surprise). I always had to call the dealership and they never returned any of my calls and always had an excuse for not doing so. So basically I took down my first bad review for no reason because Mike asked me to and then never did anything to help me out after the review was taken down. I took the time to send them information and photos of my trade in only to realize they wanted the bad review down so they could continue on in tricking people into thinking they were a good dealer that cared about their customers. Anyways I could go on and on, but I hope this helps with those customers looking to purchase a vehicle from an honest caring dealership, because if that is what you are looking for DO NOT GO TO DENNIS SNEED FORD. I just purchased my like new (to me) Ford Fusion from Dennis Sneed Ford. They were EXTREMELY helpful in the whole process from start to finish. I was looking for a certain car that they didn't have. Within hours, (I wasn't even home yet) they called me back and found the exact car I have been looking for. I traded in my old car that they gave me MORE money than I paid for the car over 4 years ago. Carey and Dennis were extremely helpful the whole time. Brain which is the finance guy, got me a rate and payment that was way lower than I would ever excepted. In the end, I would definitely recommend Dennis Sneed Ford to everyone. SUPER GREAT DEALS!!! Their cars are thousands and thousands lower than any other place I looked. If you like the laid back, non aggressive atmosphere, this is the place to go and buy your next car. They even have a real fireplace!!! More

Stay away from this dealer! Agreed on a price before I made the two hour trip because I didn't want to make the trip (gas isn't cheep) and waste everyones time if it wasn't going to work. Once it came down to the paperwork I was told we were 'off on the price'. At this point I explained the emails and phone conversations and to the reason I made the drive, we had a deal! In the end they are not honest nor do they keep their word. After visiting with Carey and going through all the bull of how much they have in the vehicle etc I asked it they were going to keep their word and they would not. I visited with Dennis himself to let him know what had happened (as a business owner he needed to know). One of the first things he said to me was 'do you want me to fire the salesman, I don't need him'. WHAT!! In the end I was the one out in this whole deal and Dennie could have cared less!! In my opinion I was a women who made this trip for a vehicle and they tried to screw me over! PS you can tell by the stock number if there is damage to the vehicle. If there is an 'H' that is hail etc. If there is an 'A' before the number there is no damage. That is what they told me, I guess they could have been full of it then too! More

We were there for 2+ hours waiting to finish up paper work when we had already agreed on a price and payment. Frustrated b/c it's ultimately our fault, but integrity is lacking. Their ultimate goal is to sell the car not provide an experience....or for that matter have repeat customers. It's sad because we will need to buy 2 or 3 more vehicles in the next 5 years. More
Bought the 2011 Shelby Gt500 last week!. I worked with Carey Sneed on the deal. Overall it went good. They helped cover the cost of new tires for the back of the car. Alos no additional hidden fees. I live in Michigan so I never saw the car in person. Carey sent me numerous pics of the car and all the info he gave me about the car was correct. Only complaints would be the car took longer than I hoped to get delivered to me (not there fault). The floor Ac does not work. This was not noted but if it's covered under warranty it isn't a big deal. Over all I'm satisfied with there service. . thanks Carey! Lucas More
