I had a 45 minute conversation with Mr. Sneed and he explained how he keep his prices low(Most people do not have a chance to speak to the owner of car dealerships) After driving 50 miles and test driving a Lincoln MKZ. I did not find a better price in a 200 mile radius. Baron was patient as I made a decision on my vehicle. I had some minor issues with the car and they got me in to repairs and also gave me a loaner. Always professional, friendly, and made every effort to answer my questions thoroughly and accurately. The process itself was a little chaotic -- for example, almost no gas in the tank when we went to test drive and it was a newer vehicle to their inventory so they hadn't had a chance to check it out and discover some pretty obvious issues. That said, at every turn, they have went completely above and beyond to ensure that my concerns were addressed and that I was completely satisfied with my new vehicle. More

They even went as far as to buy my one year old son chocolate milk and animal crackers from the store because he had been there all day. I have nothing bad to say other than I am so thankful for all of their help. Our financial manager Brian was realistic, to the point, and helped us make a good financial decision. I brought it back a week later to get the detailing done and they stayed true to their promise, and even fixed the gas tank for me. I will most certainly be back to buy a car from here. More
