Service here was a little disappointing. My regular service center on the East Coast is much more communicative and their prices were better. Half the times I arrived for a service, it seemed to take awhile just to be acknowledged by a staff member. Even though they're with other customers, a simple "we'll be right with you" when seeing a customer waiting at the empty counter goes a long way. The work done was good, and the prices may be normal. I was from out-of-town so I don't know what the going rates in that area are, but I pay less at my regular service center. (Also a Kia dealership.) More
