Often times when an establishment is totally swamped with customers it can feel like they are herding cattle by getting customers in and out with little to no updates, only letting you know when your vehicle is done, getting your money and then you are out the door. She took the time to walk me to my vehicle and requested that I look it over to make sure that everything was okay and thanks me for trusting her with our vehicle.
