We just bought our second car from here within the last year and a half and both times were flawlessly done. If it wasn’t an outstanding experience, we wouldn’t have returned. Joe Brown, our salesman and D year and a half and both times were flawlessly done. If it wasn’t an outstanding experience, we wouldn’t have returned. Joe Brown, our salesman and Debi Fox, the Finance Manager, are the absolute reason we bought the first car and returned for the second. Joe was not pushy but was very informative and always answered both calls and messages. He made sure my family was comfortable throughout the entire process. And Mrs. Debi was out of this world wonderful; both times and in between when there were questions. She made sure we understood everything we signed and took her time with us like we were a priority. People remember how you make them feel and she made us feel welcomed and at home. We have never received this kind of service and we’ve lived here for 22 years. Please get your next vehicle from here and ask for Joe Brown and Mrs. Debi Fox. More

Carly was good about the sale. I was misinformed about a few things and was told a carfax I never received. Left with a plug in the wall of the left driver side I had to replace. P I was misinformed about a few things and was told a carfax I never received. Left with a plug in the wall of the left driver side I had to replace. Promised fresh oil I never received. Felt like I was conned as well. After trade in,(14000) I was told 24k for the car loan came out to 31k(original price) intrest 41k. Told I have services and warrenty bur I was told to contact else where. Also was told I had GPS on the car. However I can't connect because it's still connected to previous owner. I got sold a used car not ready for a new owner . I purchased a new car and sold it back to xxxx. Nobody really cared they rushed it all and I was out by 1300. Plenty of day left. More
