Wasn't looking for a kia but ended up with one. The whole experience was an unexpected surprise. No pressure didn't feel like a scam, everyone was nice and honest, even those that were not helping The whole experience was an unexpected surprise. Darrin was great and was patient and answered all my questions. Glad he showed me new cars right off the truck that morning. Left with a great color both interior and exterior. Looking forward to coming back for my first service and I have no doubt that if I need anything someone will be happy and willing to help me. Great experience all around. I started off with one guy which was not listed Roy or Ray. Then I came back. He had a customer then asked me to schedule an appointment did that came back? I stated my payment that I wanted I did not get that. It was uncomfortable, and I ultimately felt like I was just a commission to them and not being heard. More
