They were able to meet our needs and were very helpful in working with us to achieve an affordable monthly payment on the car we wanted - EV6. We drove from Celina, TX because the other Kia dealerships close working with us to achieve an affordable monthly payment on the car we wanted - EV6. Didn’t go over any of the multi point inspection that they used to go over so idk why all of a sudden this is changing and we asked for the price of a new rear window wiper and they never gave us a price they used to go over so idk why all of a sudden this is changing and we asked for the price of a new rear window wiper and they never gave us a price for it until they called us back to check out like what if I didn’t have enough money for that ….and they used to keep me informed on my car but they don’t do that anymore More
