Brought my cat in for an oil change and was told I needed an alignment. Got an alignment and car pulled to the left so I brought back in without an appointment around 10:00 on a Saturday. I did not receive t an alignment. Got an alignment and car pulled to the left so I brought back in without an appointment around 10:00 on a Saturday. I did not receive the usual text with my car status so I called around 4:00pm and was informed my car was and that they close at 5:00pm. Picked up my car and was told they forgot to check my car in so that’s why I didn’t receive any updates. Unfortunately, my car is still pulling to the left and I doubt they did any alignment. More

I had a 9:00 appointment, but my car wasn't worked on until afternoon. They might be understaffed. Also, it was difficult to get someone to answer the phone.
