Thank you for all the great information on our new car. Gerry our sales representative was awesome so kind and not pushy. I don’t like the fact that you give me an option to do a maintenance package as I scheduled my appointment but then when someone picked my car up they were charged double . The 195,000 mile package cost me maintenance package as I scheduled my appointment but then when someone picked my car up they were charged double . The 195,000 mile package cost me $450 but that’s not what you offered, and no one follow up on any changes. I will not buy another Kia car which I had already picked one out for January, I don’t wanna be ripped off again More
