They are greedy. They will not bend in price. I bought a 2023 model in 2024 and I would think a 2023 car would have depreciated a bit but it was as high as the sky. They will not bend in price. They said had I financed it they could drop the price. What a ripoff. They gave me pennies for my trade in and week later the car I traded in was jacked up $5k more than the trade in price they offered. Total greedy jerks... Contacted the dealership on Wednesday the 27th of March on a Nissan Leaf. Started finance paperwork on the vehicle and then didn't hear anything back until today, Friday the 29th, just to be told the vehic on a Nissan Leaf. We bought a used car from Dennis Dillion two months ago and just took it in for its first oil change from a Mazda dealer. We were informed that the back brakes on our Mazda were shot…….. We were assured when we bought the car that it had been throughly checked??? What brakes wear out in TWO months. When I went in to talked to sales manager he was very unhelpful……he said that ALL his cars were checked out and that it would COST us $100 just to check them out. Some customer service……. He would not cover the brakes! DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP! More
