This dealership lies and does not care about its customers I was promised by Anthony my car salesman that my car would have the paint chips fixed and my car fully detailed before I bought my car and also that I was promised by Anthony my car salesman that my car would have the paint chips fixed and my car fully detailed before I bought my car and also that my pre-approved letter from my finance company would work (also promised by ben in finance) and I would be able to drive my car off the lot once my car went through its repairs. 1 week later after being promised all these things I get to the dealership thinking it was going to be a smooth process and found none of my paint chips were fixed and the inside of the car was dirtier than the first time I saw my car the first time. All Anthony could tell me was sorry and we are not negotiating on price either. I then pulled out my pre-approved letter from my finance company and he said this is not going to work, I then got upset and he brought Zach his manager over and he apologized for me getting upset and said the letter would work. Then Ben in finance charged me sales tax which I am an oregon resident and the new law states that there is only a .005 sales tax on new cars of 7,500 miles or less and my car had 39,000 miles. Anthony agreed I was to be charged sales tax also. My finance company called to explain they were robbing me and the dealership hung up on them. After 2 days of numerous calls to the dealership of being promised from Ben and Anthony that my sales tax would be removed and had no result I called Zach and he took care of things right away. Also anthony promised my second key would be mailed to me and 1 week later i still have not recieved it. I am so sick of all the lies and worst customer service from this dealership. I would of walked away from all this but I loved the car. Zach was the only one that cared for me but I had to fight and do all the work myself to get this car and to not get robbed. I would not recommend Anthony to anyone. Worst experience ever and makes me not want to ever buy a car again!!! More
