Great Experience with Dempsey I worked with Dempsey a few years ago when I asked for a quote on a 2015 Challenger. They were very upfront with the price and the monthly payment. I worked with Dempsey a few years ago when I asked for a quote on a 2015 Challenger. They were very upfront with the price and the monthly payment. Unfortunately the monthly payment was too high and I have to pass on the deal. They were so professional and understanding I knew the next time I was looking for a Dodge I would contact them. Fast forward 2 years and I was back in the market for a new car. This time I was looking for a Durango. I contacted multiple dealers in the area but the customer service I got from Dempsey was top notch. Not only were they more willing to work with me, I'm a pain at times, but they were able to get me into an R/T and still keep me in budget. I shopped their quote around to another local dealer but they never called back with a counter offer. I guess that meant they couldn't beat it. Jim Schumaker made the whole experience very easy. Told me about the vehicle, price and more importantly that the vehicle was in stock on the lot. On arrival Jeep was as advertised at the price I was quoted. Once I made the decision to purchase I was out in no-time. I was actually shocked at the process. From Jim in sales to Terry Sales manger to the finance guy everyone was great. Happy Minivan Owner As an expecting mom, the last thing you want to do is spend an entire day at a dealership. Lucky for me, I did not have to do that. I had done my research online to minimize the time in the dealership, and I found that Dempsey's had the best deal on a 2013 Chrysler Town and Country Van. I was greeted by Walley (Mark Wallace) as soon as I entered the dealership. He immediately pulled the van into their indoor showroom, and off we went on our test drive. No car buying hassle the entire test drive. When we got back, talked numbers quickly, got a lower price than they even had listed online. While I was waiting for the Finance Manager's office to open up, he asked me what features were important to me, then he thoroughly went through all the features of the vehicle, highlighting everything that would make an expecting mother feel safe in her new car with her newborn. While in the Finance Office, they filled up my gas tank, thoroughly cleaned my new ride, and off I went. Walked into the dealership at 9:30, was out by noon. To this day, Walley keeps in contact with us and since then my husband has bought a new Grand Cherokee and my in-laws bought a used Chrysler 300. Check out Dempsey's! More

ALL THEY DO IS LIE ABOUT CAR AND KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT! STAY AWA spoke to Max about the 2010 Corvette ZR1 discuss the car.. Max stated the car is perfect no paint work or accident. Upon arrival I see the passenger side have massive paint work even the passenger headlight was not put back together properly.. Showed everything to Max and his finance manager Scott and everything in there eyes looked perfect.. I gave them 2 options A. that I give you the check and drive the car to my place and get it inspected and if my mechanic finds that it has a severe body damage then i return the car the next day. Option B... Dempsey dodge take the car to Chevrolet and get the inspection faxed over to me.. so me and Scott agreed to option B. After a week goes by they call me and tell me that we have the car up on our lift and our mechanics will do inspection and send you the report and I said to Scott that me and you never agreed to this and his reply was is the same thing.. Aftergoing through xxxx I told Scott cancel the transactions and refund my deposit $3500 and his response was that I will not refund your deposit. I told him its illegal to do that and he said he doesn't care... SO GUYS BE CAREFUL THIS IS A SHADY DEALERSHIP AND I WILL NOT GIVE THEM A $1 BUSINESS.. AND I WILL GET MY DEPOSIT BACK BY DISPUTING WITH CREDIT CARD.. THESE GUYS ARE THIEVES STAY AWAYYYYYYYYYY More

We had picked out a very specific car on their website, we instantly fell in love. There was no doubt we were going to buy this car, especially since the private financing was already in place all we had t we instantly fell in love. The salesman we talked to on the phone was very helpful and accommodating. Once we decided this was in fact the car we wanted it was time to sign the paperwork. Up to this point everything was great... salesman, facility, other accommodations while we waited but from the moment we stepped into "Craigs" office to sign the papers it went downhill and fast. He was condescending, rude, in a rush to get us out of the dealership, questioned every piece of paperwork we had for financing even though they were Bank documents, not hand written in crayon by us, which was how he was treating us. He made rude comments about the salesman, even though his complaints to his colleagues had no grounds. He second guessed the advertised price of the vehicle even though we did not ask for the price to be lowered AT ALL... Because of Craig we will never be back. To everyone else there...great job. More
