I found a used SUV that I was interested in online. I drove 7 hours from my home in northern Michigan & I am very happy with my purchase. I feel that the vehicle was represented very accurately and the price was very fair. The sales rep, Jim, was also very helpful. He even took the time to shoot me some additional pictures of the interior per my request. The rest of the staff involved with the purchasing process was very friendly as well. I happened to chat with the owner as the paperwork was getting finalized, and he seemed like a quite pleasant individual too. I would definitely consider buying from this dealership again. More
Out of all the Ram dealerships I have dealt with in the search of a new 23 TRX. This dealership did the very best that they could do to try to find a vehicle for me. Sold the vehicle I wanted and agreed on monthly payment that eorked. That's fine it happens but... They then told me about another vehicle coming in and set up an appointment with me. I asked if that vehicle would match my payment terms...no response. Appointment happened and payment was $60.00 more a month. Pointed out my ask if this would me a waste of time for me. Finance manager said he was off work the rest of the day after sent. Appointment was at 2pm so I noted he had all morning to respond instead of waiting for me to get there and wast 2 hours of my time there plus the 1.5 hour round trip to travel there. He didn't know what to say so I left. More
Great experience. Market post COVID-19 in mid-2021 is a sellers market, not a buyers! Found these guys via a Internet search for recommended dealers in Illinois. Drove 75 miles or so since they had good reviews and actually had a vehicle pretty close to what my wife wanted. Worked out 99% of the deal on the phone which made it worth the trip on an early Saturday morning. A quick back and forth once they checked out my trade and we were set. Team was great starting with Internet sales contact Michelle, then Sales Consultant John W, Sales Manager Kory B and Finance Manager, Leo P. Tom Dempsy the owner stepping in to get things done which was great, hands-on ownership! You can't ask for much more. Recommended for those near buy and even far....there was a actually a couple there from Omaha, NE - wow ! I thought i drover far....now just waiting for my wife to see it in the driveway. More
If I could give a lower rating I would. I took my 2005 Dodge Ram in to Dempsey's shop on 8/19/2020 to have an A/C issue diagnosed. I left the truck there and several hours later, I received a phone call Dodge Ram in to Dempsey's shop on 8/19/2020 to have an A/C issue diagnosed. I left the truck there and several hours later, I received a phone call from one of the service personnel stating that they had accidentally backed my truck into a post and dented the bumper. They said that they would replace the bumper as soon as they located a part (it was the original bumper that was in great shape and had never been damaged prior to the incident). I picked up the truck and proceeded to fix the A/C issue, which they had diagnosed as a faulty compressor, myself. I discovered that what they said was a bad compressor was actually a bad A/C clutch servo and a poor connector (had to pay $100.00 for the poor diagnosis). I put on the new compressor (had bought it on the diagnosis of their mechanic), fixed the connector and had the A/C back up and running for over $800.00 less than what they were going to charge me. The next week I was told the bumper was in but when I went to have it put on, found out it was an aftermarket bumper (approximately $150.00 vs over $800.00 for an OEM bumper). I said that the bumper should be of the same quality as the one they damaged, but they said their insurance wouldn't cover that. Seems to me that if they did the damage, they should make it right. I was finally able to speak with the owner, and he proceeded to tell me that the aftermarket bumper was just fine (remember that when they try to convince you to buy OEM from their parts department). When I objected, he told me he wasn't willing to do anything more for me; then he proceeded to accuse me of treating him and his staff poorly (a blatant lie). I wouldn't trust them to handle a kiddie car at this point... BEWARE!! More
I got package, it said covid-19 stimulus assistance, time-sensitive. Why would a dealer send crap like that to people to sell their them cars.
