We had picked out a very specific car on their website, we instantly fell in love. There was no doubt we were going to buy this car, especially since the private financing was already in place all we had t we instantly fell in love. There was no doubt we were going to buy this car, especially since the private financing was already in place all we had to do was drive it check it out and sign the papers. The salesman we talked to on the phone was very helpful and accommodating. Once we decided this was in fact the car we wanted it was time to sign the paperwork. Up to this point everything was great... salesman, facility, other accommodations while we waited but from the moment we stepped into "Craigs" office to sign the papers it went downhill and fast. He was condescending, rude, in a rush to get us out of the dealership, questioned every piece of paperwork we had for financing even though they were Bank documents, not hand written in crayon by us, which was how he was treating us. He made rude comments about the salesman, even though his complaints to his colleagues had no grounds. He second guessed the advertised price of the vehicle even though we did not ask for the price to be lowered AT ALL... Because of Craig we will never be back. To everyone else there...great job. More

My 89 year old mother inlaw went into see if she had the winning key for one of there promotions and did not need a car but sence she has dementia they pressured her into a car and never told her how muc winning key for one of there promotions and did not need a car but sence she has dementia they pressured her into a car and never told her how much it was just sign the papers please.after looking at the paper work she did pay about $5000.00 more than the window sticker when it was new.Oh by the way this car was a used car with 21000 miles on it.We went back to the Dwight store and told them we did not want the car and my mother inlaw did not have the money for the car and she did right a bad check.We were told this would have to run its coarse and maybe once the check bounces something could be done. But we are not putting much faith on that.The Dwight store really looks like a fly by night opperation that needs to be looked into.As of yet we haven't heard from them.I hope there main office in Plano does get a chance to read this because we need to get this matter taken care of.The car was sold to her on Friday 7-20-2012 and today is 7-24-2012.Could never recommend this store to anybody. More
