Stopped in to see what was available in used Pacificas. I was greeted at the door my John. He was very knowledgeable and went over each van. As I was closer to making my decision Josh joined us going over more financial decisions. In the end everyone I met supported me during this process. I was very pleased with the welcoming atmosphere and time spent without any pushy tactics. The process was smooth and completed in a timely manner. It was wonderful being in a dealership that truly treated you with kindness. Then to top it off I did buy the Chrysler Pacifica that I really wanted! I took my 2019 ram 2500 diesel to Dempsey for a front end alignment & tire rotation. They did such a great job. My truck steers as straight as an arrow, easy on the steering & I've got big tires.
