My 2019 F150 automatic transmission had been shifting "clunky" and jerky for some time in city driving while accelerating or decelerating. Friends riding with would ask what was wrong with my pickup. Living an hour away from DEML, I finally arranged a free day to make the visit and had a technician ride with to experience the symptom. He then took the pickup in to review and performed a TSB (update) and reset the transmission to defaults. I could tell immediately after leaving the lot the transmission was SO smooth! That was a few weeks prior to this review and it has been shifting like a brand-new pickup and I am happy to feel like I am driving a new pickup once again. I'm so glad I made the visit and DEML was able to help me while I waited to perform this update. More
