My bike developed a horrible whine in the primary (2001 Road King). There was a tornado coming this day and 2” hail for our area. I went to the dealer to ask if they would help me figure out where the noise was coming from so, I could decide what to do. I spoke to the service manager (tall guy with a long beard) he refused to even listen to the bike in the parking lot. He wouldn’t even lend me a stethoscope so I could listen myself. Then I asked him if there were any other places, I could go and HE LIED! He said there are no other places in town. There is another shop 3.9 miles away called Rangs Cycle. This dealer was willing to leave my daughter and I stranded with a tornado and 2” hail because they have beef with another shop and THEY LIED to us. Rangs Cycle held the door open for us (with a tornado coming) and took my bike in. My daughter and I got a room and they kept the bike overnight. Kris (owner and mechanic) came in the next day when they were scheduled to be closed and out of town. For $500.00 I got a new clutch hub and race barring. I was back on the road the next day. Kris & Becca (owners) are wonderful people and they take care of customers. More
