Nice guys, relaxed atmosphere, good price I liked an x5 they had in stock. Joe was helpful over the phone, since I am coming from out of state, I needed to find out if I could afford the car I liked an x5 they had in stock. Joe was helpful over the phone, since I am coming from out of state, I needed to find out if I could afford the car as I am avoiding credit after paying off debts a year ago. They have a great test drive road that goes around the back which helps a lot in assessing the condition of the car. They also allowed my mechanic friend who is skilled with cars to scan the car for codes and check the condition of the car. So, overall a good experience, despite me being tired and cranky early on a Saturday morning (because Bank Of America closes at 1pm- I had to start my shopping early!) More

I came in initially with no intention of purchasing a car that day and made that clear to him, despite that fact he still put in the utmost time and effort to help me by showing me choices that would not only fit my budget but fit me as well. I appreciate Rafael for getting to know me and my needs rather than just looking at me as another sale. I never at any point felt that I was being scammed into buying a different car for a higher price or any thing of that sort but rather got very direct with him in finding the right car for me. I visited many other dealerships and when it came down to actually purchasing a car, I had such a great, welcoming, not daunting experience with Rafael and the dealership that I had to come back and get a car from here. It was an absolute pleasure getting to know Rafael and would recommend anybody looking to get a car that Deluxe would most certainly be the place to go especially you want a trustable and professional place to go.
