I traveled 2.5 hours to drive the truck, and had looked forward to trading in my old truck for a new to me one. Upon arrival at this "dealership" I was informed that I couldn't drive the truck as it had no rear shocks in it. sue stated that she had no knowledge of the issue, even though she had promise that everything was "good to go" with our deal. As I had already planned on purchasing the truck after a test drive, I was rather upset that I couldn't even drive it prior to purchase. After speaking with the salesman, Jesus, several times I opted to go ahead and make the purchase. I was told be him that they would be installing new shocks on my truck. I waited a week and picked up my truck yesterday. Due to the cramped quarters of the lot, we had to get me switched over to the Raptor quickly, or so I was told. Hence I didn't have time to go over the truck very well. Have now looked it over and found several things....one the shocks that were put on the truck are used, corroded shocks, whereas I had been told that they would be new. Two, the "luxury package" w/ remote start turned out to be some 3rd party car alarm, NOT OEM. even though I was told several times that it was. I truly feel that this was a bad deal from the very beginning and would like to let everyone know NOT TO DEAL WITH THESE GUYS!! More

Kevin is really kind sweet nice guy and for that I give this guy five stars. I love my car, drove it to Boston and back to Queens 6 Hour Drive and is still driving like it's new. FELT LIKE WE WERE BLINDSIDED!!!!!!! The only brightside to this dealership is to Rafael for his Gentlemen Manners & his curtsy! Spoke with Sue a few times and then again on friday night before memorial day weekend on a beautiful picture of a 2006 hummer 3 that in the picture looked absolutely beautiful for 15,995 she knew we were coming from Marlton NJ which is over an hour and a half ride, a that used up 30 dollars in gas and 13 in tolls. Woke up to go purchase this H3 on Saturday morning when I noticed the $ amount INCREASED a thousand dollars!!!!!. Knowing they had 2 people ccoming to look at it which quinsdentally just happen to be at the same time. They told me THE PRICE was a type error which is total B.S. when it was listed at that price for days. When we drove hour and half to get there to look at it, was nothing like the picture it had scratch marks all over it and dents. The paper work in the vehicle said it had a crome package when in fact it did not. This truck was digitally enhanced in the picture to say the least, the color wasn't even the same as the picture. As soon as I saw it I knew we were taken advantage of with a 1,000 price increase. They said on the phone when I questioned the price increase to come in & look at it and will work it out. Sadly to my surprise after seeing all the scratches and how different looking it was in the picture they offered to take off only 500 off after increasing it that morning to another 1,000. I felt like an idiot driving all that way for a truck that was nothing like the picture & to see they increased the price on a holiday weekend when every other auto place was offering great discounts. Felt blindsided to say the least. DO NOT TRUST WHAT THE PICTURE LOOKS LIKE OR WHAT THE PRICE SAYS! Because they did not keep their word!!!! More
