It was great and laid back I saw the car advertised online so I drove from Connecticut. I met Kevin a minute after walking into the lobby he quickly exchanged hellos with me and asked if I wanted to go for a test drive. Absolutely! I couldn't believe he didn't want to know how much I wanted to spend a month what my budget was and all the nonsense that car dealers are known for asking. Kevin and I discussed the price and particulars about the deal like two grown ups. No running back and forth with the managers and the finance guy. What a great experience this was. I asked questions and Kevin answered them or got an answer very quickly for me.. The deal we struck was a hand shake until the next day because I didn't have a lot of time. This was to easy and smooth to be true. The exact deal we agreed on was on paper when I came back the next afternoon. No swapping of numbers, raising interest rate, adding fake fees. Price changed after agreement was made. Sue was the initial contact person via phone before going to the dealership to view some Ford Explorer's who was very polite. Upon getting to the dea Sue was the initial contact person via phone before going to the dealership to view some Ford Explorer's who was very polite. Upon getting to the dealership I was greeted by Victor who showed me some Explorer's. While getting ready to go on the test drive, the moon roof would not open so I didn't want to continue to test that one ( no fault of Victor's). The other's were to much then I wanted to pay. Victor then took me to another location to see other explorer's where I opted to test drive one of them. While on the drive, Victor was very polite, professional, explained all the mechanisms, and was not pushy at all. Once we made it back I told Victor that I was interested and we went back inside where he called a manager over (name not given). I then let the manager know that I was interested but as a consumer, I wanted to get the best price so I would be checking out another dealership which I believed was in Springfield tomorrow since they also had a 2013 listed for $18,900. Victor & the manager thought that they knew the dealership so the manager proceeded to google on his phone, while on his cell phone, the manager asked me what could he do for me to purchase the vehicle. I told him if he could give it to me for the $18,900 I would purchase it. He said he would give it to me at that price and then started showing me prices on Explorer's that he pulled up on his cell phone, stating that they were in the area, and the mileage's of 80,000. The mileage on the one that I was looking at was, I believe 62,000. At that point he changed his mind. I couldn't believe that he would do such a thing. I asked him again about the price and he told me the best price was the original price of the $21,995. After Victor & I got back to the original location he wanted me to speak with his manager to see if there was something else I would be interested in but unfortunately they did not have anything. That manager was very helpful also and wanted me to take a look again to see if he could possible work with me but I was only interested in the Explorer. My experience was very good with Sue, Victor and the manager for which name I do not know. Only wish that I could have brought the vehicle and Victor would have made a sale. Because of what the other manager did I have to give this dealership a star. There is no excuse in going back on your word. At the end of the day your word represents your integrity. More

Sue, their internet sales person, was top notch and responded day or night to my questions and concerns. I was lucky enough to have a friend in the New Jersey area who was able to take a test drive and inspect the vehicle first hand. He confirmed everything that the Deluxe advertised the vehicle as.
