Great experience! and I drove 200+ miles to buy a car. I happened to be on a layover in Newark when I decided to look for a car on my phone. I live in NH, so I wouldn't normally shop for a car in NJ. The app used my current location and I found a 2013 Honda CR-Z that was virtually brand new at Deluxe Auto Sales. My job requires me to travel a lot and I have very limited time to be on the phone. Kevin and Sue were amazing! They both respected the fact that email was my preferred method of communication. I purchased the car without talking to anyone until the day I picked it up. Everything went smoothly and the car is perfect. There was one minor issue, when I go the car home the battery was dead and needed to be replaced. When I reached out to them they apologized, I was hoping for them to split the cost of the battery. I got a good deal on the car, so I'll still give them 5-stars. More

My salesman Renato was both knowledgeable and forthcoming with anything I asked in regards to purchasing my vehicle. The entire staff was friendly and helpful without being overbearing or pushy. Their inventory practically sells itself but to have staff willing and able to help is always a plus. The car was already in pristine condition but it was detailed and gassed before I left.
