But knowing that Renato was there was a huge relief. When i called Deluxe and got Renato on the phone, we were in our new vehicle by the next day. He made everything so smooth and financing was a breeze. Having bought a bunch of cars in my life and left with a disappointment or two after the transaction, this experience with Deluxe Auto and Renato has been a joy. I can say with great certainty that he is the best at his job and amazing at making me feel that i am one of the family. As we go forward in life this will be the place i go, from the customer service to the quality of the vehicles. You just feel it from the moment you arrive. It will blow you away. i cannot thank them enough for the Great Experience and having my 2 kids with me and it was great to see they love kids too. Cant say enough, and if anyone wants to ask me personally they can give you my number. Oh almost forgot, you know how everybody is nosy when you get a new vehicle and ask how much did you get it for?? well when we tell them the price noone believes we got such a great deal on our vehicle. Excellent dealer with a unique indoor showroom. I've bought several cars over the past 10 years from Deluxe. The new Indoor lot is simply fantastic.
