The dealership is great but the salesman, Adrien was deplorable. His customer service skills are extremely lacking. He looks like he just stepped out of bed and went to work. He had no problems taking advantage of a young adult with very little car buying experience. Did not help in fixing the issues with the vehicle. Thankfully 2 separate mangers stepped in (Tim and another gentleman). Fixed the issues in 5 minutes and we left satisfied. Follow through with the entire sales process Adrien. Until the customer is satisfied continue to help. And do not partronize the customer with idiotic statements like “you got the best deal so I don’t know what to tell you.” More
